Program Member (membership runs Jan 1st – Dec 31st)*

Program Membership is composed of grantee agencies AND delegate agencies and all program staff. What’s not to love about that?
So, if YOUR program is a member or a delegate member (just ask them) then YOU are already a member!!!  
Program Members include ALL employees paid partially, or in full, with Early Head Start / Head Start funds, current members of the local parent policy council/committee, and EACH parent of currently enrolled children . . what’s not to love about that? 
*Renewal invoices are sent to each Grantee Program Director early in the calendar year. Dues calculated by enrollment numbers.

Associate Member (membership runs Jan 1st – Dec 31st)

***This fee is not a pro-rated dues structure. Associate Member fees are one flat rate each year.***
(Please first ask your program whether they are already a member agency or delegate member.  If so, then you ARE already a member included in their dues.)

An Associate Membership is composed of two subsets, and those are:

• Individual Members 
        i. Individual Members are members who have an independent vested interest in pursuit of the Association mission. The Associate Individual Member fee is $35.00 
        (Please ask your program first whether they are already a member agency or delegate member. If so, then you ARE already a member included in their dues.)
   
• Representative Members 
       ii. Representative Members are members who represent an agency, organization or corporation that has a vested interest in pursuit of the Association mission.   Associate members may have more than one person representing an agency, organization or corporation. To become an Associate Representative Member, please contact the Association Office at 217-241-3511.
   

Note: both subsets are also classified as members of the Friends Component.
